There are a lot of children in need of sponsorship in Rwanda, the RwandaChild sponsorship programme works in a different way. It is facilitated relationship between you and your sponsored child.

Why do we give you the option to choose the childs sex?
Some people like to sponsor children of the same sex as their own children, giving sponsors this option makes the relationship more personal.

Why do we let you choose the time you sponsor for?*
We let you choose the lenght of time you wish to sponsor for, purely becuase not everyone wants to sponsor a child for a long time, some sponsors only want to sponsor a child for their last few years of School.
*Children in Rwanda have to pass each School year before moving up tp the next. So the time you sponsor for may change depending on the performance of the child in School.
